Vacant Consult & Staging

A Vacant Consult consists of a walkthrough of the property along with a detailed interior design layout. The first phase of a Vacant Staging is when we provide a visual review of the rooms needing to be staged. Our team will prepare a proposal within 24 hours. Pricing will be determined within the proposal. Our Standard Package includes the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom, master bathroom, and powder room. 


Owner Occupied Consult & Staging

An Owner Occupied Consultation will consist of an East + Ivy stager coming to the property, completing a walkthrough consultation with the homeowner, and providing a list of detailed selling points. If inventory is needed to go into the Owner Occupied property, East + Ivy will provide it's services to the homeowner.

*The initial consult fee will be subtracted from the added inventory fee. Pricing for added inventory will be determined at the end of the initial consultation.*

Interior Redesign Services

Our Redesign Services start with a walk through your home to determine exactly what you are trying to get out of this space. Questions like how do you entertain? What rooms do you spend the most time in? We will submit a proposal based on our recommendations from rearranging your current furnishings, starting from the floor up with purchase and installation, or somewhere in between.  

Furniture Rental for Certified Professional Stagers

Are you a staging professional, but don't have on hand inventory? We rent our furniture directly to Stager's with a 45 day minimum lease time. Don't have your own truck or movers? Don't worry, you can rent that from us too. Whether you need one piece or one hundred, we can help. Come visit our warehouse or contact us for more information.

For projects looking to enhance the function and physical quality of interior spaces, East + Ivy Home Staging & Design has partnered with Lush Interior Design, LLC. Our professional relationship will help you create and visually experience the home you've imagined.

LUSH interior design, LLC is a creative and dynamic firm conceived out of a love for design and remodeling projects, the joy of being on construction sites, and the desire to make spaces more beautiful for our clients. Principal and Owner, Emilie Kyle, is a NCIDQ Certified Professional Interior Designer who earned her certification and passed the LEED exam, both in 2009. She has experience in residential design and has worked at several highly-ranked, local commercial interior design firms, as well as a nationally-ranked hospitality design firm on the West Coast. Her experience working on large-scale projects and government contracts, tenant improvements and remodels, gained her the expertise to launch LUSH Interior Design, LLC.
